Overview
The Worker Badge Tile promotes the people working an investigation onto a tile styled like an ID badge. Instead of hunting through fields to find who owns a case, you see the names and faces.
Three slots on one badge: created by, assigned to, and closed by. Nobody has closed this case yet, so that slot sits empty rather than disappearing.
What’s on the badge
Each slot shows one person: their avatar, their name, their role, and the date.
Empty slots stay visible. In the example nobody has closed the case, so the Closed By slot shows a placeholder instead of vanishing. That makes the badge readable as a sequence — you can see what’s happened and what hasn’t.
Configuration
The tile is configured in the admin, using the Hubstream rules. You control:
- the background colors of the badge
- which fields appear on it, and so which people it shows
The exact keys aren’t documented yet.
