- Media: Media filenames in the Media list were displayed using the uploaded or first seen filenames instead of the NCMEC derived filenames required for production orders and legal documentation. Additionally, only media entries with unique hash values were shown, resulting in fewer items than the total media count reported. This issue has now been fixed.
- Logs: Error logs were generated for token expiration and duplicate report key issues when Industry Reporting attempted to reach the IRController. This issue has now been fixed.
- Undo Delete: The Undo Delete section was not working as expected and was displaying an error message. This issue has now been resolved.
- Import: During an import action, a document field exceeded the defined maximum length, which triggered an error. This issue has now been fixed.
- Language: Filter names and filter fields were displayed in French even after switching the language to English. This issue has now been fixed.
- Notes: The Notes section was not working as expected, timing out and displaying inaccurate counts. This issue has now been fixed.
